Brent Dingle earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science and a Masters in Mathematics from Texas A&M University. His Bachelor’s degree was awarded by Bradley University. He is currently an Analyst for Innovative Signal Analysis, in Richardson Texas, where much of his work focusses on image acquisition, processing, and display. Previously he was a Sr. Engr. and Development Lead in the Immersive Design Center at Raytheon in McKinney. He has over 20 years of experience in Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis. In the past he worked in Game Design and Development, with two published titles. For several years, he was an Assistant Professor at the University of Wisconsin – Stout. His current interests include user interfaces, extended reality devices, AI, and advanced visualization. In these areas, he seeks to understand and explore all aspects of perception and reality, particularly the interaction and visualization thereof. In sum he studies systems of humans and systems of technology pursuing ways to make them work better, together. He always enjoys a good conversation.
