Michael Hinckley is a Senior Senior Systems Engineering Leader in Palmdale CA, working in the Advanced Manufacturing Technology (AMT) organization. His responsibilities include identifying, developing, and implementing the most innovative & affordable advanced manufacturing capabilities for reduced cost & unquestionable quality across NGAS programs and the NG Enterprise. Michael leads a team of systems engineers, mechanical engineers, cyber security engineers, industrial engineers, software engineers, project managers, and data scientists. He manages a portfolio of projects valued at over 20M with a core focus on Digital Transformation, that include all programs in the Aeronautics Sector. Michael has been in the aerospace industry for over 15 years, beginning his career in Packaging Engineering. He has led multiple positions with increasing responsibilities during his time with Northrop Grumman.
