Amanda Clarida, CPTD is the first Manager, Learning Design and Development with Volvo and Mack Trucks Academy. In her role, she manages the training development efforts for for both Volvo and Mack brand dealer professionals as well as select internal audiences. She actively manages all projects from vendor engagement through project sourcing, to budgeting and timeline, through to the acceptance of final project deliverables. She is proud to be part of a team that strives to consistently create quality learning solutions by providing engaging learning experiences that drive business results. Amanda has worked exclusively in training and development for more than 20 years, in a variety of industries, and she enjoys all facets of the industry especially the interactions of the classroom environment.

Amanda earned a BA in English/Pre-Law at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and her MA in Human Resource Development at Clemson University.
