I work for Gulfstream Aerospace in the Business Technology organization’s Extended Realities (XR) group. I have a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from N.C. State University and currently in my 16th year with Gulfstream Aerospace. I started as a Structural Designer before moving into the Preliminary Design group designing future aircraft. At the beginning of 2015 a colleague introduced me to augmented and virtual reality and together we started a collaborative forum across the company to focus on the technology. After working as a team member for years, I now lead the team of engineers and developers. The group is continually pushing the envelope and delivering cutting edge solutions for Gulfstream employees.
Since then, a department was established and strong partnerships within and outside the company has been formed. He works to coordinate, organize, teach, and develop various applications across the company. He helps bring advanced technologies to Gulfstream and apply the proper technology to the correct business unit to have the greatest impact to improve efficiency, and reduce wasted time and materials.
