AES 2022 SPEAKER
Kurt, a Principal Investigator and Solution Architect working in Advanced Visualization and XR Enterprise Strategy deployment at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control. Working over the years in the Logistics and Sustainment function while collaborating with Business Development, Design/Development, and Manufacturing, Kurt is heavily focused on researching, standardizing, and deploying at-scale enterprise and/or customer-deployed Advanced Visualization solutions. Kurt’s additional extensive background in XR and Enterprise software development provides him leverage to convey the technical details while bringing it up a level to relate to the overall business value.
Holistic and open-architecture advanced visualization software pipelines is the core to successful deployments across any number of current (i.e. AR, MR, VR, PC) and new (i.e. Brain-Computer Interfaces) visualization platforms. Paving the way on future technology integration research, to include adjacent relevant technologies, Kurt’s working with industry partners to establish open technology standards and ask the challenging questions to ensure the technology is matured to account for enterprise and defense businesses.
Kurt has a Master’s in Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University, a Master’s in Engineering Management from University of Central Florida, and has worked at Lockheed Martin for over 12 years.
