He is also an industry expert in mobile solution change management and quality UX design. Additionally, James is adept at leading and synergizing technical experts across the globe to solve tangible industrial problems. He is part of Dow's global manufacturing R&D shop, the Digital Operations Center, and is located in Houston, Texas.
