HEALTH & SAFETY INFORMATION
As we prepare to meet in person October 15-17, 2024 BrainXchange is taking precautions to ensure the health and safety of all event participants. We closely monitor the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for the latest guidance on travel and events.
Please familiarize yourself with the following:
General
Proof of vaccination or a negative Covid-19 test are NOT required to attend the Augmented Enterprise Summit.
Masks are strongly recommended for everyone indoors. Get the most out of masking.
*All BrainXchange staff members have been vaccinated against COVID-19.
Face Masks | Face masks are strongly recommended indoors. Complimentary masks will be available at registration. We also encourage you to mask up while traveling to and from the event, as recommended by the CDC.
Exhibit Hygiene | Demo equipment such as eyewear, headsets, gloves, etc. will be disinfected between uses. Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the exhibition and at every booth.

Social Distancing: The meeting space is spacious enough to allow for physical distancing if necessary. Please respect fellow attendees’ personal space and comfort level.
Self-monitoring | We ask that every event participant self-monitor for symptoms of Covid-19. Do not attend the show if you are not feeling well.
