Attendee Registration Cancellation Policy
If you cancel before 12:00am PST on September 18, 2022, you will receive a full refund*
If you cancel after 12:00am PST on September 18, 2022, you will receive a full credit towards any BrainXchange event within the next year (expires December 31, 2023).
If the event is cancelled, postponed, or the dates change for any reason within 30 days of the event, you will receive a full credit towards the rescheduled event. Additionally, Brainxchange is not responsible for covering airfare, hotel, or any other costs associated with cancellation or postponement of the event.
Passes can be transferred or swapped to a colleague from the same organization before October 18, 2022 8:00am PST.
*All refunds will be processed less a 4% service charge.
