Jackson is a seasoned Sr. Manager of Service Operations with extensive expertise in Technical Support Hotline, Tools & Equipment, and Service information portal. With over 18 years of experience at Nissan, Jackson has held various roles within the technical realm, including technical training and field positions. Prior to his current position, Jackson served as Manager of Nissan North America's Nissan and Infiniti TECH LINE for 7 years, where he honed his skills in call center leadership.

Before joining Nissan at the corporate level, Jackson spent many years as a dealership service technician and a shop foreman, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the automotive industry. Jackson resides in Tennessee with his wife and two sons, and enjoys spending quality time with his family, camping, bike riding, and cruising in their '57 Chevy on the weekends. In his free time, Jackson also indulges his passion for dirt bike hare scrambles.
