Juan Sotelo is the CEO and Co-founder of CyberDyme, a groundbreaking spatial computing (AR/VR) enterprise platform revolutionizing sales, marketing, and HR.

A pioneer in spatial computing, Juan coined the term "VRcommerce" and created groundbreaking applications for sales and marketing in partnership with Visa and Unity, filing several provisional patents, including VRtour for training.

Before CyberDyme, Juan was COO at Payscout, a global payment processor, earning recognition as a four-time consecutive Inc. 500/5000 honoree and a two-time Top Company Culture honoree (#17 US, #1 Los Angeles) by Entrepreneur Magazine.

Juan is also a Partner at the production company Film Antics, where his work includes writing and producing over 20 short films and a feature film that earned recognition from the prestigious Sundance Film Institute.

Prior, Juan worked over seven years for BEA Systems and Oracle, as the Sales and Operations Senior Manager for Americas and LATAM Education Services.

Juan enjoys teaching and guest lectures future entrepreneurs on the importance of building a good corporate culture at universities such as UCLA and Cal State Northridge.

Juan earned a BA in Political Science with an American Politics emphasis from UCLA. He was an NCAA athlete in Track and Field and Cross-Country, winning four consecutive Pac 10 championships under hall of fame coach Bob Larsen. After graduating, Juan taught algebra and coached various girls and boys sports.
