Yvo Klare has more than 25 years of experience at KLM as Project Manager, Ground Services Process Expert and Data Expert. He has a university degree in Social Anthropology, started his career at KLM as a service employee and has a wide knowledge of aircraft turnaround processes.

Yvo is currently KLM’s XR Project Lead to simulate ground handling of KLM’s plane of the future, the Flying V. As a VR Business Analyst, he is also involved in the development of several XR products for Ground Handling, used for training and scenario testing. His area of expertise is how to ‘land’ XR successfully in the KLM’s operational environment at Schiphol Airport.
