Randy has worked in the VW group for the past 24 years as a Technical Instructor, Product Quality Engineer, and Manger of Technical Training. Prior to that he worked at Ford Motor Company as a Fordstar Instructor where the principles of adult learning via distance learning and visual media were instilled. He has extensive field experience in problem solving and training individuals on complex machinery and diagnostics.
