Scott has been building award-winning courseware for over 20 years. Starting with building maintenance training for Boeing, through leadership development training for T-Mobile and now pilot training for Alaska Airlines. As a Courseware Developer and Instructional Designer, Scott has had to wear the many hats of Video Producer, Project Manager, Graphic Designer and now VR Training Designer. Scott is developing Alaska Airlines first VR Pilot training program allowing pilots to learn their procedures in VR before they get to multi-million dollar Simulators. When not developing glorious pilot training, you can find Scott at home in Seattle with his wife and teenage son, gardening or making beer in the garage.
