Retiring as an Army Aviation Officer in 2015, Tim’s experience as a Soldier, student pilot, UH-60 Blackhawk Pilot-in-Command, Combat-Air-Mission-Commander, Instructor Pilot, Company Commander, and Executive Officer, affords him a wealth of experience in the world of training. With a 23-year career focused on training design, development, execution, and management, he has a passion for the subject.

From 2016 to 2023, Tim served as a Program Manager for the UH-60 Blackhawk Project Office where he championed an effort to develop a secure, cloud-based, advanced virtual training software distribution platform. The Virtual Training Suite (VTS) is now Army Aviation’s gold standard for all future Interactive Multi-media Instruction (IMI) development and deployment. This acquisition strategy focuses on standardization, secure/global distribution, and content concurrency and has also been adopted by the U.S. Air Force, Navy, and Coast Guard.

As the Commercial Business Lead for i3, Tim leads an effort to bring innovative virtual training development and deployment services to the commercial market via the elum® Platform. Leveraging millions in previous technology investments and advanced lean pipeline production methods, i3’s elum® platform represents the state of the art.
