Hameed Madwar has the role of Innovation Manager at Bridgestone Americas where he is currently leading the eXtended Reality (XR) push across Bridgestone.

Prior to joining Bridgestone, Hameed served as the corporate owner of the Immersive Visualization Technology in Caterpillar Inc. (2012-2021) where he deployed and supported the Virtual Reality (VR) technology globally across Caterpillar Inc. Hameed was the Lead Engineer in Virtual Manufacturing while working with Deere & Company (2007-2012) and managed several VR labs in Waterloo, IA. He also worked with the Computational Fluid and Dynamics group supporting 3d visualization activities.

Hameed earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Beirut Arab University. He also has a Master and a Doctorate degree in Industrial Technology from University of Northern Iowa.
