Last updated: 2 November 2026 · Version: 2027-1
These terms apply to every registration for the Augmented Enterprise Summit 2027 (the "Event"), held 26–27 October 2027 at the Marriott Dallas Allen Hotel & Convention Center, Allen, Texas. The Event is organized by BrainXchange LLC, 169 Madison Ave, Suite 2349, New York, NY 10016 ("BrainXchange", "we", "us"). Contact: registration@brainxchange.com.
By completing a registration you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and every attendee you register. If you register colleagues, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that you will make these terms and our Privacy Policy available to them.
1. Passes and eligibility
- Passes are sold by audience: End User passes for organizations that use enterprise technology, and Non-End User passes for solution providers, vendors, consultants, investors and similar organizations. The End User virtual pass is on public sale. Guest passes (in person and virtual) and sponsor/exhibitor passes are available by invitation only. Only End User organizations are considered for a Guest pass; requests are reviewed case by case, in the order we receive them.
- One order may contain passes for one audience only. We may review any registration. If a pass does not match the attendee's organization, we may cancel it and refund the amount paid, less the service charge in section 5.3, or offer the correct pass at its price.
- Every attendee must provide their own name, work email, phone, company and job title. Each pass is for one person; badges are personal and may not be shared or split between people.
- Group pricing (currently 20% off three or more passes in one order) applies automatically at checkout. Discounts cannot be combined unless the checkout combines them.
2. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars and are the total you pay. We do not add sales tax or payment-processing fees at checkout.
- You pay through a Stripe invoice by card, ACH bank debit or US bank transfer. Payment details are entered on Stripe's page; BrainXchange never receives or stores card or bank account numbers.
- Your registration is confirmed only when we receive payment in full. A bank debit or bank transfer can take several business days. Until then your order is pending, and no tickets are issued.
- Unpaid orders are held for seven calendar days. After that the order expires and the passes are released. If a payment arrives after expiry, we will honor it if passes are still available, or refund it in full.
- If a bank payment is returned or a card payment is reversed, your registration is canceled unless you pay again before the hold expires.
3. Substitutions
You may pass a registration to a colleague at the same organization until 24 hours before the Event opens (7:30 am Central Time on 25 October 2027). Change the attendee's name and email through your order link. The new attendee receives a new ticket, and the previous ticket stops working. Substitutions to a different organization, and substitutions after the deadline, need our written approval.
4. Cancellations by you
- Until 30 calendar days before the Event (before 12:00 am Central Time on 26 September 2027): full refund of the amount paid, less any service charge under section 5.3.
- From 26 September 2027: no refund. You receive a credit for the full amount paid towards any BrainXchange event held before 31 December 2028. Credits are not cash, cannot be transferred to another organization and expire on that date.
- You may cancel some attendees in a group order; each cancellation is treated separately.
- Not attending, or attending only part of the Event, without cancelling is not a cancellation.
- Cancelling a registration does not cancel hotel or travel bookings; cancel those with the hotel or carrier.
5. Refunds
- Refunds go back to the original payment method.
- We may refund part of an order, for example for one attendee in a group.
- BrainXchange may deduct a service charge of up to 4% of the refunded amount to cover payment and administration costs. We decide case by case whether to apply it and will tell you before the refund is made.
6. Changes and cancellation by BrainXchange
- We may change the program, speakers, sessions, format or venue within the same metropolitan area. These changes do not entitle you to a refund.
- If BrainXchange cancels the Event, postpones it, or materially changes its dates, you receive a credit for the full amount paid towards the rescheduled Event or another BrainXchange event held before 31 December 2028. No cash refund is given in these cases.
- BrainXchange is not responsible for travel, hotel or other costs you incur, including when the Event changes or is cancelled.
- We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, public-health orders, venue closure, strikes, or government action.
7. At the Event
- Attendees must follow the Code of Conduct and the Antitrust Policy. We may remove anyone who does not, without refund.
- Photography and recording: BrainXchange and its contractors photograph and record the Event. By attending you agree that your image, voice and likeness may appear in Event photographs and recordings and be used to report on and promote BrainXchange events. Tell staff at the registration desk if you prefer not to be photographed and we will make reasonable efforts to respect that. Attendees may not record sessions without the speaker's and our permission. BrainXchange is not responsible for photographs or recordings made by other attendees.
- Exhibitors and lead scanning: letting an exhibitor or sponsor scan your badge is always your choice, and you may decline. Scanning is provided by our badge-scanning and lead-retrieval provider. If you allow a scan, the exhibitor or sponsor receives your name, company, job title, email and phone so they can follow up with you. The official event app lets sponsors find attendees and message them through the app for up to 30 days after the Event. To stop sponsor messages, use the app's settings where it offers one, or write to registration@brainxchange.com. We never sell or hand over attendee lists. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
- Dietary and accessibility information you choose to give is used only to serve you at the Event and is shared only with the venue and caterers who need it.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, BrainXchange's total liability arising from a registration is limited to the amount paid for that registration. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. General
- These terms, the Privacy Policy, the Code of Conduct and the Antitrust Policy are the whole agreement for your registration. If they conflict, these terms apply to registration, payment, refunds and substitutions. BrainXchange's general Terms and Conditions apply to the website.
- We may update these terms for future registrations. The version you accepted at checkout applies to your order.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. The state and federal courts located in New York County, New York City, have exclusive jurisdiction.
- If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
Questions about these terms: registration@brainxchange.com, or by post to the address above.
