Cynthia Maller


Cynthia Maller is Head of 3D Creative Technology at Walmart. In 2018, she founded the practice of customer-facing 3D at Walmart, and through a focus on interoperability, inspiring aesthetics, visual integrity and operational excellence, she has scaled this capability across the enterprise. Cynthia is choosing to be an optimist for the use of AI as a creative tool, seeing it as the next step in the evolution of human expression. She is also a Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, and speaks often about how to harness this tool to accelerate the adoption of new tech within an organization. When not at work, she’s figure skating. Her drive to try new things, to push herself, both in commerce technology and on the ice, is guided by the words of Erin Hanson, “What if I fall? Oh, but my darling, what if you fly?
