Janet Ann, currently an instructional designer with Alaska Airlines, has been a student-centered educator and trainer for over three decades. She has created technical training content for airline pilots, aircraft maintenance technicians, and aerospace manufacturing. Janet's experience also includes teaching in high schools, training limited English speakers, and creating workplace training for adult employees with a wide range of disabilities. Janet is passionate about making technical content easy for learners and employees.
