Rob Alley has led multiple training departments during his professional career. Currently in his eleventh year with transportation and logistics leader Ryder, he and his amazing team are responsible for the training and development of thousands of maintenance technicians across the United States and Canada. Originally hailing from an eastern Kentucky steel town, Rob’s blue-collar background has influenced his career path, which has predominantly involved construction, manufacturing, and transportation. He holds a BA in Organizational Leadership from Northern Kentucky University and certifications as a Training Manager and Master Trainer. When he’s not immersed in his professional endeavors, Rob enjoys outdoor activities such as kayaking, fishing, and hiking, especially in the Florida Everglades.
