Po-Nien Lin is currently a Lead Research Scientist at UPS ATG Robotics AI Lab (RAIL) and a Ph.D. candidate in Computational Science and Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology. Previously, Po-Nien worked as a Senior Engineer at AU Optronics Corporation, where they focused on liquid crystal cell technology and product design. Po-Nien’s research experience includes a role as a Graduate Research Assistant in the Aerospace Systems Design Laboratory at Georgia Institute of Technology and as a Research Assistant at the Institute of Physics, Academia Sinica. They hold a Master of Science degree in Physics from National Tsing Hua University and an additional Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
