Sarah Lash

Sarah Lash leads Unity’s Industry organization as SVP and GM. Sarah joined Unity in June of 2024 to grow the non-gaming Industry business through customer expansion and partnerships. Her remit has grown to cover industry-focused sales, customer success, and product development. Sarah is known for having a big vision and then executing with urgency and passion. With 25 years of experience in enterprise software, her specialty is driving businesses and products to scale. Sarah started her career selling Autodesk at DLT Solutions. After 10 years, she moved to Cvent, gaining critical global experience managing teams in the US, India, and the UK. She launched Tableau’s East Coast office and led various aspects of sales and strategy over the course of eight years, including playing a role in the Salesforce integration post-acquisition.
