About
Bibhor Regmi is a technology professional at PepsiCo focused on the application of XR technologies for enterprise learning. Over the past several years, he has helped design, develop, and deploy immersive training programs supporting PepsiCo’s various business units such as Foods, Beverages, Warehousing, Agriculture, etc.
His work has included creating MR-based training experiences for manufacturing equipment, conducting 3D scanning and digital asset capture across multiple manufacturing and warehousing facilities, and supporting large-scale deployment at PepsiCo’s most advanced manufacturing sites. He has collaborated with plant teams, equipment manufacturers, technology vendors, and business leaders to explore how immersive technologies can improve training effectiveness, operational performance, and employee experience.
Bibhor is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Information Systems and is passionate about the role of emerging technologies in transforming how organizations learn, train, and operate.
