Katherine Meza

Dr. Katherine Meza is a Boeing Associate Technical Fellow in Digital Engineering, specializing in Advanced Visualization and Human Factors Engineering. With nearly 20 years of engineering experience, including 13 years at Boeing, she develops and implements cutting-edge digital tools and digital twin technologies for various airplane programs. She leads strategic efforts involving new business opportunities, risk mitigation, and visualization capabilities across Boeing. Dr. Meza drives the adoption of emerging technologies such as extended reality, visual analytics, web-based tools, and mobile technology. Her expertise in User Centered Design, Industrial Engineering, Systems Thinking, Lean process improvement, and Human-Computer Interaction has enabled her to innovate in massive model visualization, immersive environments, and other advanced visualization technologies. Dr. Meza guides Boeing’s digital transformation, focusing on technology development and strengthening global partnerships with customers and suppliers.
