Keisha Nelson, Director – Learning Innovation, is a seasoned technology and learning innovation leader with more than two decades of experience at the intersection of digital transformation, workforce development, and organizational growth. A lifelong learner by design, she continuously evolves her craft to stay ahead of what’s next. Keisha holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism, a master’s degree in Instructional Technology, a PMP certification, and is an Organizational Development Certified Professional. Her career began in IT as a network administrator for the State of Georgia, where she quickly distinguished herself as an early adopter of emerging technologies and innovative solutions. Today, she is known for designing learner centered experiences that blend strategy, technology, and human centered design—approaching every initiative with a relentless commitment to excellence and impact.
