Lucky Lance Gobindram is a New York-based technology executive and entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience driving enterprise adoption of emerging technologies, including XR (VR/AR/MR), AI, and digital transformation.
In 2009, he co-founded One Arm Bandit (OAB Studios) with his brother Ashwin Gobindram. The studio evolved into CXR.Agency, an enterprise-focused firm specializing in web, mobile, AI, blockchain, and XR solutions. After Cemtrex Inc. acquired the company, Lucky served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at CemtrexLabs/CemtrexXR and General Manager of CXR.Agency, spearheading growth in XR (spatial computing), virtual training, and immersive experiences.
Today, as President of Kinemeric, Lucky oversees the company’s sales, partnerships, and commercial strategy. With a strong background in client development and brand growth, he leads go-to-market efforts and ensures enterprise customers receive exceptional guidance and execution – working directly with organizations to align immersive and AI-driven systems to outcomes that matter.
A longtime contributor to the XR ecosystem and committee co-chair for the VR/AR Association Enterprise Committee and NY Chapter, Lucky is also a recognized speaker on spatial computing and innovation, including a 2015 TEDx talk titled “The Empathy of Easy Distribution.”
