Known as a “digital translator,” he bridges technical subject-matter experts and executive leadership, combining strong people skills with clear, business-focused storytelling. A graduate of Northrop Grumman’s Future Technical Leaders Program, Roshan has led numerous initiatives that have delivered significant cost savings and performance improvements across complex production environments.
