Roshan George is Manager, Digital Solutions Integration at Northrop Grumman, serving as the Space Sector CIDO lead for Engineering and Manufacturing in the East Region. He specializes in bringing cutting-edge technologies to the end user, with deep expertise in augmented and mixed reality, production optimization, digital transformation, and AI. Known as a “digital translator,” he bridges technical subject-matter experts and executive leadership, combining strong people skills with clear, business-focused storytelling. A graduate of Northrop Grumman’s Future Technical Leaders Program, Roshan has led numerous initiatives that have delivered significant cost savings and performance improvements across complex production environments. He also serves on Northrop Grumman’s corporate Shop Floor AR team, where he has held leadership roles spanning Hardware, Software, and factory deployments.
