Opening Keynote - From 3D projects to 3D programs: the infrastructure behind repeatable 3D (Unity)

Atrium Ballroom A

Most industrial organizations have invested heavily in 3D but are still rebuilding it for every new use case. Assets get converted by hand, optimized for one target, then recreated when the next team needs them. The cost is not only duplicated effort; it is slower decisions and more launch risk, because the model someone is reviewing isn’t the latest one. This keynote explores how companies can make the shift from one-off projects to repeatable programs, and looks at what changes when engineering data flows automatically into real-time applications. One governed source can feed design review, training, virtual commissioning, configurators, and service, and that same foundation helps ensure AI can safely improve your 3D programs.
