ZHENGZHENG “JENNY” FU, P.E. earned a MS in Civil/Structural Engineering from Purdue University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. She has more than 30 years of experience in civil and structural engineering. Her career includes service with the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), Jacobs Engineering Group, and Kiewit. Ms. Fu joined Kiewit in 2023 following her retirement from Louisiana DOTD, where she served as the State Bridge Design Engineer. In that role, she oversaw bridge design activities for Louisiana’s inventory of more than 13,000 bridges. She represented the state as a voting member of the AASHTO Committee on Bridges and Structures, served as Chair of the Movable Bridge Technical Committee, and participated in NCHRP research projects. As a Principal Engineer at Kiewit, she provides technical support for alternative delivery projects, conducts technical risk assessments, and leads BIM for bridge initiatives.
