Dijam is Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of GridRaster Inc., where he spearheads business growth, marketing strategy, and partnership initiatives. With a career spanning more than 20 years, he has a proven track record developing, deploying, and commercializing immersive XR, AI, mobile, and network-based products across diverse markets.
Deeply passionate about technology’s transformative potential, Dijam is energized by the disruption it brings to traditional norms—particularly the evolving dynamics of how we interact with the real world. He’s especially drawn to the fusion of AI, XR, mobile technology, and cloud computing, all of which are reshaping the future of work and empowering frontline operators, specifically through spatial computing and AI applied to automation, robotics, and digital twins in industrial operations.
Before co-founding GridRaster, Dijam held engineering, product, and business roles at Texas Instruments, Freescale Semiconductor, and HCL, experiences that sharpened his technical acumen and shaped his business vision.
