Mr. Cooper serves as senior vice president and global director for water at Arcadis, with 20 years of experience as a Certified Change Management Professional, professional engineer, and utility manager. He combines a strong passion for people and technology, backed by education in Civil Engineering and Artificial Intelligence. Jim holds leadership roles as Chair of the American Water Works Association Engineering & Construction Division, Advisory Board Member of BAYWORK, Chair of the AWWA Artificial Intelligence Committee, Inaugural Chair of the AWWA Digital Twins Committee, and Council Member of SWAN, including past co-chair of SWAN’s Digital Twin Subgroup.
