Matt Tomlinson is a design thinker at heart. A trained industrial designer turned digital innovator, he is the Rapid Technologies Lead at Mondelēz International, where his team applies XR and emerging technology to accelerate decision-making across global R&D. With a background spanning packaging design through to spatial computing, Matt brings a human-centered, creative lens to his work, focused on helping teams prototype less, decide faster, and innovate with confidence.
